Baby Shower & 35 Weeks!

I had an amazing baby shower two Saturdays ago. It was so nice to see everyone who came, visit a little, and enjoy the beautiful weather. Angie Bristow was kind enough to host it at her lovely home on Utah Lake, and my mom and mother-in-law did a great job of planning the perfect party! We had fantastic food and a great turnout. We are so grateful for everyone's generosity! Our little baby girl has more than she needs for her first few months. Here are some pics from the party:

Ricki and I were discussing baby names.So many adorable gifts - outfits, blankets, socks, toys, diapers, baby care items, and more... thanks to everyone!Here's the baby's crib quilt that Cornell and I designed and had his aunt Nyla's skillful help putting together. You can kind of see the crib bumper below in this photo. I'll post a crib picture soon, so you can see what it looks like all together. Oh, and here's another belly shot from today - I'm about 35 weeks now. This geometric shirt really makes me look enormous (LOL) Oh well, that's how I feel.
I have an ultrasound scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 13 to see how big she is and start checking more closely on my progress. After all this time, it's really almost here!
