Per popular request (okay, just one request really), here are some photos of my new house. It's a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2-level townhouse in Saratoga Springs, Utah. We have an end unit (seen on the far right), which gives us the option of a master bathroom and walk-in closet with a little extra space. We also opted to vault the ceiling in the master bedroom. Upstairs is the great room (kitchen, dining, and living area), covered deck (with view of American Fork Canyon & Mt. Timpanogos), master suite, and 1 bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs is the laundry room, another bathroom, guest bedroom, and family room as well as access to the covered patio. I love it (of course)! But tell me what you think... I'm also open to decorating and small-scale gardening ideas. I have a tiny flower bed in front (3x4') and a bed along the side of the house as well as in the back. I'm thinking of planting some awesome perennials - maybe hostas, black-eyed susans, tall grasses... As soon as it's painted, I'll go inside for some additional shots. Oh, and I think you'll enjoy how the construction crew's "honey bucket" outhouse makes an appearance in most of my photos. It's almost as fun as finding where Waldo is... Enjoy!

Awesome! What a beautiful place. I have never been involved in the building phase, so that is cool to see. Sounds like a beautiful locataion. I love hostas, and I also love purple cone flowers!
Hey Carrie-so cool you have a blog- I found the link to your blog through Laura's blog. It's interesting to see the stages of your home being built-how exciting!
