Cherished Christmas

I can't believe it's almost February. I hate to admit it, but we are just barely getting the remainder of all the Christmas decorations packed up and put back in the garage - ugh, what a chore! Regardless of my procrastination, although for good reason, I still wanted to post our photos and just express how AWESOME this Christmas was for our new family. Our perspective has truly changed having Amelia here and it was such a pleasant, quiet Christmas just the three of us. What a gift!! We look forward to the coming years where we envision ourselves spending long nights putting stickers on doll houses (er... I mean leaving cookies out for Santa) and spending Christmas morning in our PJs watching our little pistachio fumble to rip open her gifts and fall asleep under the tree tired from all the excitement. My favorite memory of this Christmas was reading the Christmas story from the Bible together on Christmas Eve. We will always cherish these first Christmas memories with Amelia.
